The hospital

I shook my head again. I closed my eyes, maybe if i fell asleep i'll wake up and i'll be home again.

"Whoa whoa whoa, keep those blinkers open, okay? I'm not having you close 'em for the last time."

"I'm tired though." I said, blinking. why did he think I wasn't going to wake again.

"Well pretty soon you won't be." The nurse comes out and I bring Danny in.

I bit my lip. The doctor came in. "You can put him on the examination table right here." The doctor told Alex. I chewed harder on my lip.

I put him down on the table, "It's gonna be okay, I'm right here," I whisper.

I rolled my eyes, not really able to keep myself in a sitting position. To tired. The doctor forced me to lay down. Before taking my temperature. I glared at him.

Even as an adult, Danny still used that look. I bite my lip. This was gonna be bad.

I glared more at the doctor. "So, Danny? Can you tell me what hurts?" He asked. I just glared, he was talking to me like I was five or something. I'm thirteen jeez.

I look down at him, "Danny," I whisper, "Tell the nice man what hurts."

I glared at Alex. "He's the damn doctor." I mumbled under my breath, shouldn't he be telling me what's wrong?

"Danny! If you don't talk to the doctor, I will take you right back to the apartment and tell Aria what you've been saying to people that want to help. Understand?"

"I haven't said anything to anybody." I said, innocently. Though that was hard to do, since my stomach really hurt right now.

The doctor cleared his throat. "Well I can't help you unless you tell me whats wrong." He said.

I looked at him. "My stomach feels like its exploding." I mumbled.

"Good boy," I whisper, "He also has a really high fever," I said to the doctor.

The doctor looked at the thermometer. "I can see that." He said, before looking at me. "Is there any particular spot your stomach hurts?" He asked. I pointed to my side.

I lean against the wall, extremely relieved that danny is getting help.

The doctor put his hand where I had pointed. "Hurt when I press down?" He asked. "Yes." I said, before shoving his hand away. "Well I think we'll do some blood tests, then we'll see from there." The doctor said. My eyes widened.

I look at Danny. Oh on.

"Hell no." I said, forcing myself to sit up and back up against the wall. The doctor sighed, "Then I guess you'll just have to be in pain for the rest of your life." He said. "Fine with me." I answered, and glared. The doctor sighed. "Just hold out your arm, it won't hurt." He said, I glared. "Screw you, it always hurts." I crossed my arms at my chest, tightly.

"Danny! You need this!"

"No I freaking don't." I said, no way was I allowing someone to stick a needle in me.

I sigh and kneel down next to him, "Listen. Aria, Jennifer, Eean, all those guys; they care about you. And they sent me here to get you feeling better. If I go back there and I don't have you, I will literally be killed. Now sit your butt down and let the nice man stick you with a needle!!"

"Have fun dying Alex. Hope Ari, doesn't use her poison knives on you." I said, smirking. I winced as my stomach once again decided to stab me.

"Danny! Would you rather get a tiny needle in your arm, or die?! Danny, being scared of needles is something wimps do!"

I stuck my arm out for the damn doctor. I closed my eyes as he rolled my sleeve up and stuck the needle into my arm. I gasped.
