I walk in, and turn on my lamp. After taking off my jacket, I lay on the couch and start watching TV.

My phone rings. I pick it up. It's a sales call. I hang up. the chair across the Suddenly, I think about Jennifer. I scroll through my contacts. She's still in there. I hesitantly send her a text.

I get her text. I'm very surprised when I hear the beep. I wasn't expecting that. I reply: "...What have you been up to?"
