My phone started viberating in my pocket. 'crap.' I thought, before pulling back from the kiss, "sorry." I said. I stood up, knowing i'd get in trouble if I ignored it. I answered.

I wondered who it was. I figured it was nothing to worry about. I look at Cody, who was banging his hands against the high chair table, and smiling. I smiled. We'd be okay. No matter what. We'd all be okay.
